It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two story house located in safe and secure Las Conchas. The beach here is long and beautiful, clean and quiet. Enjoy and relax in the warmth of the sun, surrounded by soft sand and blue water. Most of the time, you share the beach with only a few people as far as you can see. Watch the pelicans diving for their dinner, view breathtaking sunsets and listen to the peaceful sound of the surf.
The master bedroom is located upstairs -just off the terrazza. It has a beautiful queen bed with a tall twisted iron frame, embroidered window treatments, luxurious sheets, fluffy pillows, ocean view and private bath with walk-in shower.
